Weekend Customer Support / Ops

Job Description and Responsibilities
Be the customer advocate and owner through the escalation process to bring timely resolution to customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in understanding product and building loyalty.
  • Monitor site performance and message boards.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
  • Document all actions taken towards resolving customer issues in CRM database.
  • Monitor, prioritize, and follow up with updates to customers on open cases.
Required qualifications:
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills (written, verbal, interaction/listening)
  • Customer contact skills
  • Able to troubleshoot and problem solve on a regular basis
Desired qualifications:
  • Previous support of internet applications is preferred.
  • Successful candidates must have a fundamental understanding of the Internet and Internet applications.
  • Sports fans preferred
