Imagine 15,000 cheering fans surrounding the court, a bench full of NBA players on their feet and you've got to hit an NBA 3-pointer to bury two-time MVP Steve Nash.

This was the exact situation facing Darrin Geist (aka dmgeist) after going back and forth with Steve Nash in a game of M-V-P. He proceeded to swish a three-ball to send home the Charity Classic host empty handed for the second year in a row! After spending a weekend in Vancouver B.C. mingling with past and present NBA players, it was only fitting that Darrin shoot like a pro as well.

It's always nice to catch a day game of your favorite ballclub, and it's even nicer if PROTRADE picks up the tab to fly you out to California to see them play in a visitor's stadium. Such was the experience for Darren Kitchel (aka Where_My_Check), who joined the PROTRADE staff as the Rangers came to visit the Oakland A's.

While the game may not have gone how he hoped (that Dan Haren is pretty good), Darren kicked back with PROTRADE to share ideas and enjoy a day at the ballpark.

Ever wondered what baseball players do during the day before a night game? On one Monday in April, Cubs star Derrek Lee was playing catch in the park with PROTRADE's own Robert Dicara (aka Rocko) before grabbing a bite to eat with Rocko and heading back to Wrigley for a late night at the office.

Just 12 hours after sitting a dozen rows away from D-Lee at Wrigley Field, Rocko was sitting shotgun in Derrek's Range Rover on the way to lunch in downtown Chicago. Count Rocko in as the latest addition to those who bleed Cubbie blue!

Usually fans get ready for the Superbowl with a group of friends, some cold drinks and a few snacks. Joe McCarthy (aka jdmcca) spent his afternoon chatting with Hall of Fame quarterback Troy Aikman before attending the game in person.

Leaving behind the 13-below weather in Denver, Joe and his wife spent the weekend living it up in Miami while getting to know a three-time Superbowl winner. As an added bonus, they got to see a first hand account of a legend in the making - Peyton Manning - take home his first Superbowl ring.

We'll admit it... we didn't think anyone would be able to beat Steve Nash in a shooting contest. And sure, maybe the game of H-O-R-S-E has a few different rules north of the border, but that didn't stop Chris Barney (aka Ghetto33ckb) from going toe-to-toe with the best point guard in the game.

With Steve Nash on the ropes, Chris matched Nash's 3-pointer and then knocked down a trey of his own to take the M-V-P challenge on Steve's home court.
