Activities that artificially bid up or down prices are unacceptable. This includes, but is not limited to, using multiple portfolios, accounts and identities, and using bots or other automated software to trade on the market. Note that only one account is allowed per person.

If PROTRADE determines that you have attempted or committed fraud, your account may be terminated or reset at our discretion and you will forfeit all winnings to which you may otherwise be entitled. PROTRADE reserves the right to institute civil or criminal proceedings against you and to report you to the relevant regulatory authorities.

PROTRADE has a multitude of safeguards in place to prevent fraudulent activity (no, we don’t disclose these or they wouldn’t be effective). Additional checks are performed prior to awarding any challenge prize or reward. If you suspect fraudulent activity is taking place, send an email to support@protrade.com, so that we may investigate.
