- 2 total redemptions per 365 day period per member
- Prizes are non-returnable
- Must be a US resident to redeem Rewards
- Each member can have only one PROTRADE account
- All prizes require a small charge (around US$5) to your credit card (this helps us prevent fraud)
- Name on credit card, shipping address, and billing address must be the same
- Shipping and billing address must be the same
- Some prizes require a notarized affidavit of eligibility
- PROTRADE will do its best to fulfill all redeemed prizes. Your account will be credited the redemption amount if PROTRADE is unable to fulfill a prize.
- PROTRADE dollars do not have any real value and are non-transferable
- PROTRADE accounts are reset to PT$5000 after 12 months of inactivity
