- You must be 13 or older
- Only one account is allowed per person
- You are subject to the laws of the country, state, city or other legal entity in which you reside and/or from which you access the Site and the Service
- A portfolio can hold a maximum of 30 different stocks at one time.
- The maximum purchase or short allocation allowed for any one stock is 15% of your current holdings or $15,000.
- All of your short positions combined may be a maximum of 30% of your current holdings.
- Shares are always sold as a full share, never in partial shares.
- Buy and sell orders are executed in the order they are received into the system.
- The prices of stocks are always moving so there is no guarantee that the price quoted will be the same by the time the order is processed.
- PROTRADE provides an objective measure of a player's on-field contribution through our earnings system. This system is based on traditional statistics and mirrors most fantasy scoring systems. See our Scoring.
- One point is equal to one dollar on the PROTRADE market. For example, a TD rushing is worth $6.
- PROTRADE sets the price to equal the total earnings on Earnings Day.
- Activities that artificially bid up or down prices are unacceptable. If PROTRADE determines that you have attempted or committed fraud, your account may be terminated or reset at our discretion and you will forfeit all winnings to which you may otherwise be entitled. See our Market Integrity policy.
- PROTRADE will collect and use personal data in accordance with its privacy policy available for review at http://www.protrade.com/Privacy.html.
