What does it mean to submit a story?

When you submit a story, you can either

1. Share an article, video or fact you found elsewhere (the "news") or
2. Share your own opinion through a story your wrote yourself (a "user blog").

How do I decide what's "news"?

The news is information that you're passing along from another source, as long as the source is credible and the news is useful to the rest of the community:

• ESPN reports that a team's coach has quit
• Rotoworld reports that a player will be starting this week
• You're watching a game on tv and see a player get injured
• Your friend Bob confirms a rumor he heard from a player's trainer's barber....

How do I decide what's a "user blog"?

A user blog is the place to express your opinion. Have something to say about the market or PROTRADE? Want to write something funny that you think others will enjoy? That's a blog (formerly called a post).

What if I want to report the news AND ALSO express my opinion about how that news will affect the market?

Submit the story as news and then express your opinion as the first comment below it.
